Colombian Picada

 

a Colombian picada is similar to a Fritanga. It consist of fried and grilled items, usually for special occasions or family gatherings.

 

Chimichurri

 

an Argentina/Uruguayan sauce and marinate, consisting of parsley cilantro, garlic olive oil and red wine vinegar.

 

Salsa rosada

 

typically in Colombia and Venezuela, sauce consisting of mayonnaise and ketchup, with lime juice and seasonings.

Hogao

 

A Colombian creole sauce, consisting of tomatoes, sweet onions and garlic

 

Aji picante

 

a spicy Colombian hot sauce, ours contains habanero peppers, lime juice, white vinegar and cilantro.

 

Tostones

 

twice fried green plantains that are smashed into small rounds

Papa criolla:

 

small yellow creamy potatoe, grown in the Andreas region of south america, typical of Colombia.

 

Arepa

 

corn meal cakes, crispy on the outside smooth on the inside, a staple in Colombian and Venezuelan cooking.

 

BombAREPA

 

Crispy fried open faced arepa topped with pollo asado Colombiano,salsa rosada, melted mozzarella, pickled red onion and micro cilantro.

Ceviche

 

Fresh fish cooked in lime juice, with coconut milk, Serrano peppers, cucumber and radish. Served with plantain chips

 

Patacon Pisao

 

Twice fried green plantain, topped with plancha grilled flank steak, chimichurri, melted mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and micro radish

 

yuca frita

 

Fried cassava, served mojo aioli

Elote mexicano

 

Grilled corn on the cob with a lime jalapeño crema, cotija cheese and tajin

 

Passion fruit shrimp skewers
